Devlin began pursing music in Philadelphia in 1995, paired with a lead guitarist. In ‘97, she “borrowed” a band to record an album, and the group was briefly called “The Diane Devlin Band.” Taking inspiration from 60’s folk artists, Devlin’s sound blends folk and pop with funk and rock, today conveying a sound distinctly of her time.
