Deyyess is the musical project by 29 year old Kent based singer Hannah Butcher. Known for creating her own sub-genre “Sprunge” (Sparkely Grunge). Hannah has built a Cult-like following over the past year and a half.

First debuting in 2019 with the EP “No Mans Land” and playing a couple headline shows, Butcher didnt feel as if she was achieving anything and wiped her music from the internet. She took a step back from making music between 2019 and 2023 and took time to find herself and figure out what she wanted to do. On November 3rd 2023 she returned and released the dream-pop single Cherry Pie (I think i love you) she then followed that up with Bored Again which released on February 26th 2024, and finally she released And When The Flowers Bloom on May 28th 2024.

On August 14th 2024, Deyyess released Claire Which acts as the lead single and title track off her debut Extended Play. This song gained alot of attention on TikTok and Hannah started to attract a small fanbase on social media. After Riding the High of her single Claire she followed up with single love u (from afar) on November 8th 2024, and then if i was ur boy on January 15th 2025. On February 10th 2025 Deyyess took to Instagram to announce her debut Extended play Clairewhich contained the three singles she dropped in late 2024 and early 2025 (Claire, love u (from Afar) and if i was ur boy) for release the same week (February 14th 2025). Six days after the release Hannah took to the stage for her sold out, Debut Headline show at the Lower Third in London. Just over a month after the release of Claire Deyyess released Claire (Deluxe) which contained one bonus track Better Than Me on March 26th 2025.

On May 12th 2025, Deyyess announced on Instagram that she would be opening for Olivia Rodrigo at BST Hyde Park on June 27th of that year. A month Later on July 27th Hannah announced that she would be opening for every date of Alessi Rose’s Voyeur Tour which started on September 1st and concluded on December 4th 2025. During this time she gained a large fanbase of Alessi Rose fans who fell in love with Hannah’s obbsessive style of writing and catchy sound.

After months of teasing, Deyyess announced her brand new single “She Knows” on August 24th 2025 for release on August 29th. While on the EU leg supporting Alessi Rose, An unreleased song called Lips Like Sugar was played. The song was later released on October 3rd 2025. A month later on November 4th she announced the release of her second Extended Play Would You Go Down On A Girl? for release on November 14th 2025, two days before heading back on tour supporting Alessi Rose on the UK + IRL leg of The Voyeur Tour. Over the course of the final shows of supporting alessi rose, Deyyess played Two unreleased songs called Me, Oh My and Silverlake Baby which we both released as a part of Would You Go Down On A Girl Deluxe which released on February 6th 2026.

Deyyess announced the Would You Go Down On a Girl UK + EU Tour via instagram on November 17th 2025 with support from Bekah Bossard . The Tour started on March 20th 2026 in sheffield, and she visited Manchester, Glasgow Bristol and London before leaving the UK to embark on the EU leg which started on march 29th in paris. She then visited Amsterdam, Cologne and Berlin Before concluding on April 3rd 2026 in Warsaw.
