Destinee Govan (September 12, 1997 – September 24, 2022), known professionally as “Lotta Cash Desto” or simply “Desto”, is a Memphis-born rapper/recording artist based out of Houston, Texas and is affiliated with Philadelphia rapper, Lil Uzi Vert. Desto had dropped a few singles during her run, mostly featuring Lil Uzi Vert and vice-versa.

Govan’s career would sadly be cut short as she was murdered in a fatal shooting on September, 24, 2022. Following her death, Govan’s friends released songs they’d recorded with her and expressed their heartbreak online. At her funeral on October 8, 2022, Lil Uzi Vert would speak about his feelings and sadness regarding her passing.
