Charles Ray Grace Jr, known by his stage names Dat Boy Grace and Macc Grace, was a rapper from Houston, Texas. He was an original member of the legendary Screwed Up Click and gained recognition through his appearances on DJ Screw’s iconic mixtapes. In 2000, he released his solo debut album, Crumbs to Bricks. In 2005 Grace received a 65-month federal sentence. When he came home, he jumped right back into the grind, dropping Guess Who’s Bacc!!! and continuing to work consistently until his untimely passing in 2017. His first posthumous project, Macc Grace, was released on September 5, 2025. The album was assembled by his brother Los Grace, who pulled together unreleased material to honor his legacy and give fans one more chapter of his story.
