CONTINYOU (stylized in all caps; meaning Continue to be You) is a Filipino P-pop boy group formed under CAMP Music, in collaboration with BAMBOO FOREST L.A. and DOYEON STUDIO Korea. The group officially debuted on August 28, 2021, with their first EP Boring, following their pre-debut single Drizzle released on March 20, 2021. CONTINYOU consists of four members: JAMES, JIHYUN, ZHIAO, and NIÑO. Known for their youthful concept centered on teenage love and the trials of growing up, the group has garnered a dedicated fanbase known as Crystals.

CONTINYOU made waves with their debut EP Boring, which explored themes of adolescence, first love, and identity. Their pre-debut single Drizzle was also praised for its emotional depth and served as an introduction to their signature sound and image. In 2021, they were awarded Breakthrough Artist of the Year by The Player Awards, marking them as one of the most promising acts in the P-pop scene.

The group’s energetic performances, heartfelt lyrics, and strong fan engagement helped build a loyal community of fans, affectionately called Crystals.

In 2024, CONTINYOU entered an indefinite hiatus following the departure of JAMES, who left to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The group’s activities were paused in his absence, though members have hinted at possible solo endeavors and a future reunion.
