Coconuts (Sometimes stylized as CoConuts), is a rock band hailing from Brooklyn, New York. Not much is known about them, other than the band is comprised of Tim Evans (vocals and guitars), Jordan Redaelli (vocals and bass) and Daniel Mitha (drums), and having formed around the late 90’s/early 2010’s.

Coconut’s music, which contains elements of No wave, Noise rock, experimental rock, and psych rock, often experimented with abrasive atmospheres, droning elements, and abstract lyrics.

A very short lived project, they released their one and only project, the self-titled EP, in 2010. Containing 6 songs, the project also contained “Silver Lights”, their most popular song, which was notably featured in the video game Hotline Miami.
