Christon Gray is a rapper, writer, singer, and producer from Columbus, OH. He began his career in the hip-hop duo elevationists with his brother Taelor. In 2011, he released his first album, Even With Evil With Me, independently, gaining recognition that led to a record deal with Collision Records and a spot in the W.L.A.K. collective. His only release with Collision was School of Roses in 2014. Gray left Collision in 2015 due to musical differences and signed with Kirk Franklin’s Fo Yo Soul Recordings, releasing The Glory Album in 2016. After departing RCA in 2017 for similar reasons, Gray went back and forth releasing music independently and with a label before landing a deal with DJ Scratch’s ScratchVision Records in 2024.
