Harvey Goldfinch (born June 10, 1996), professionally known as Chime, is a producer and DJ from Leeds, England. Often inspired by video game music, Harvey primarily creates dubstep and is known for coining the term “colour bass.”

Under the name Dec3mber, they started out making drum and bass in 2012. Soon after, they quickly found their style in more heavy sounds by creating a melodic mix of dubstep and bass music. Their breakout EP, From Fairies to Fire, was released in 2016.

They often release music through Disciple, NoCopyrightSounds, Monstercat, and their own label, Rushdown, which they established in 2016.

In 2025, they released the double-sided single No Turning Back / Withdrawal, marking a shift towards UK dubstep with color bass elements.
