CHIKARA, five unique individuals uniting diverse musical histories, comes together and create powerful music that all identifies with. Founded in ‘98, Chikara assumed full membership with the entry of guitarist Bill Niedlinger in 2000. All members are products of backgrounds that stem from random basements mixed with professional recording experiences. They all share a common frustration of handing out poor quality tapes. Therefore, these central New Jersey natives decided to record their first official release Prototype Versions at Frankensound Studios in North Brunswick, NJ.
