Chakra (샤크라) was a South Korean girl group produced by Roo'RA member Lee Sangmin, debuting in 2000 with members Eun, Ryeowon, Eani and Hwangbo.

Prior to the formation of Chakra, members HwangBo and Eani participated in the production of the 1999 album Bros, a mixed project group that included Roo'RA, DIVA, Bobby Kim, Esther, and X-Large.

Member Eani had left the group after the end of promotions of Chakra’s second album, Chakra'Ca to study abroad and was ultimately replaced by member Bona in 2002.

In 2004, Ryeowon had departed from the group, despite plans of them releasing a 5th album which ultimately fell through. Eun had later left the group to persue acting.
In 2008, it was reported that the group would hold open auditions to form a second Chakra, Chakra Nova, but little is known about the current status of the group.
