For over 20 years, Casting Crowns has been one of the most prominent and consistent bands in the Christian music scene. Though starting out of a youth ministry in Daytona Beach, FL in 1999, the band found their footing when they arrived in McDonough, GA a couple years later.

During the early days of giving out albums independently as a means of youth outreach, one of the CDs made it to the hands of Mark Miller of Sawyer Brown. Miller got the band to arrange a deal with Reunion Records and has produced every album ever since.

Casting Crowns became the second quickest Christian band to have its first two albums certified platinum by The Recording Industry Association of America® (RIAA) and have also exceeded 10 million career albums sale since its inception.
