Sean Kofi Jonas, known professionally as Cash Carrera (born August 11, 2006 in Greenwich, London), is a British rapper, singer, record producer and content creator born in South East London and hailing from Romford, East London.

Cash Carrera began producing early rage beats in late 2017 at age 11 from his phone, later using his trauma and addictions as inspiration to rap. His music found its way into the London Hoodtrap rap scene which sometimes incorporated Auto-Tuned flows on top of drill beats and with and his single, “Prettiest Lonely” was released as one of his first songs of recognition. The themes of lyricism in his music reflect his everyday life, heartbreak, London nightlife, substance misuse and mental health.

He started at 17 making Drill music later incorporating Hoodtrap and Baile funk (Brazilian drill) elements within his sound with his track “Barbie At The Bando” which was his first small breakout single in 2025. Later in the year he experimenting with US-influenced rap and later went back to his Afro-Brazil-drill fusion sound in 2026, later incorporating singing in his music. He is influenced by Baile Funk, Afrobeats, hyper-pop, cloud rap and emo rap and by a variety of producers and rappers such as Future, Juice WRLD, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti and Hi-C

Vices & Madonna 2, his 7th Soundcloud mixtape, released on October 27, 2025, is a heartbreak tape based off a melodic blend of Ambient rap, Drill and Plugg.

On Christmas Day, 2025, Cash Carrera appeared on Kotch & Flow, where he freestyled and talked about his experiences with music.

In July 2026, Cash Carrera reveled snippets of tracks featuring his 8th mixtape Eastside Narcissist 4 experimenting with a fusion of UK Drill, Jerk rap, Hyperpop and Baile Funk he calls “Hyperdrill”. The mixtape dropped on September 4, 2026.
