Marvin C. Carr (April 22, 1993 – July 11, 2015), better known as Capo, was a rapper from the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. A childhood friend of fellow Chicago rappers G Herbo and Chief Keef, he later became a member of Chief Keef’s Glory Boyz Entertainment / Glo Gang label.

On November 7, 2013, Capo released his debut mixtape, G.L.O.N.L., followed by its sequel, G.L.O.N.L. 2, on January 20, 2015.

Tragically, on July 11, 2015, Capo was shot and killed in a drive-by while standing outside on the 7700 block of South Kingston Avenue in Chicago. The shooting also resulted in the heartbreaking death of a 13-month-old baby, who was struck by the suspects’ vehicle as they fled the scene. Capo was only 22 years old at the time of his passing.
