Candace Gertrude Flynn is a fictional character from the Disney Channel animated television series Phineas and Ferb, voiced by Ashley Tisdale and created and designed by Dan Povenmire. She first appeared in the series' pilot episode along with the other main characters who star in the A-Plot.
