Ibrahim “Breeze” Atherly (born 1980), also known by the nicknames Ibi and Skipper or Skip, is a foundational grime MC whose involvement in the scene dates back to his childhood friendship with Wiley and DJ Target, both of whom have written autobiographies that cover their beginnings. Hailing from East London, he was a core member of the pioneering grimy garage crew Pay As U Go Cartel from the late 1990s to early 2000s and Roll Deep from the 2000s to the present day.

As of 2026, Breeze is the only Roll Deep member to appear on every one of their albums and mixtapes. He has been central to each era, from their first record deal and commercial breakthrough with In At the Deep End (2005) through to their two UK chart-topping 2010 pop singles “Good Times” and “Green Light”. Returning to music in his 40s following the group’s 13-year hiatus, he appears on every song of their comeback mixtape Best In the Game (2026).
