Blu-Swing is a five-member new jazz band formed by Yuri Tanaka (vocals), Yusuke Nakamura (composer, arrangement), Shinji Hasuike (base), Sho Kojima (guitar), and Miyamoto “Bhutan” Wisdom (drum). They did their Major debut in 2008 with the album “Revision” under Columbia Music Entertainment. This album gained further recognition by recording # 1 in the club chart and # 3 in the J-pop chart at major stores.
After years of inactivity, in 2019, they released a 10th anniversary album with their best songs.
