Bell Garden is a collective of musicians running a record label centered around Chattanooga, TN, in the south USA. Its roots reach as far as the west coast, Taiwan, and Italy. It was first founded in 2014 by Matthew Harris, and is currently co-owned by both him and Kelby Hancock.
