Beast Coast is a New York supergroup that brings together three Brooklyn-based rap groups, including Joey Bada$$' and several members of his collective Pro Era, the trio of Flatbush Zombies, and duo The Underachievers.

The concept of Beast Coast was established by the late Pro Era founder Capital STEEZ in 2012. An early concept of Beast Coast also included the Harlem-based collective A$AP Mob, since several members of all three groups were close with A$AP Yams. The earliest collaboration to feature members from all three Beast Coast groups came in 2013 on Joey Bada$$‘ track “My Jeep”, featuring Issa Gold of the Underachievers and Meechy Darko of Flatbush Zombies.

After years of extensive collaborations between several members across all three groups, Beast Coast finally came together in an official capacity in 2019 to record their long-awaited group album, Escape From New York, led by the single “Left Hand”.
