Aiden West (born December 12, 2006), professionally known as Ayo Dee!, is an American producer/engineer from Plainfield, Indiana.

While talking to his friends, he explained how he got his name:

Whenever my dad needs me and calls for me, almost my whole life he’s just yelled, “Ayo D!” or “Yo D!”

The “D” comes from his childhood nickname given to him by his mother, so when he decided he wanted to actively pursue making music, he decided that it would be easier to choose something easy that just rolled off the tongue.
