Attack Attack!
Attack Attack! is an American metalcore band from Westerville, Ohio that formed in 2007. They are best known for creating the faux-genre “crabcore” in the music video for their song “Stick Stickly.” (

They have released three studio albums: Someday Came Suddenly, Attack Attack! and their final album before their disbandment, This Means War.
Right after lead vocalist Caleb Shomo left the band due to personal issues, including depression, the band announced their new singer to be Phil Druyor, formerly of I Am Abomination. They released a new song (“No Defeat”) and announced that a fourth studio album was in process. However, the album was never released due to the band breaking up in May of 2013. The band went on a farewell tour called “Fuck It, We’re Done.” In some of the shows, Caleb Shomo and Johnny Franck performed some old songs with the band.
After a string of lineup changes, original unclean vocalist Austin Carlile was kicked off the tour bus in Ohio due to his constant alcohol abuse, supposedly manipulating his fans for sexual favors, and being an overall douchebag (according to Attack Attack! in 2009 on their MySpace post, which was taken down 1 day after it had surfaced. Austin later formed the metalcore band Of Mice & Men. Much later, resigning due to several sexual assault and rape charges. In contrast, keyboardist and future lead vocalist Caleb Shomo formed Beartooth, a hardcore punk/metalcore band.
In 2020, The Remaining Members Reunited To Make “All My Life,” Which Would Be Part Of Their First EP, “Long Time, No Sea.” Following That Would Be Their Second EP, “Dark Waves,” 13 Years After They Released “This Means War.” They Released Their 4th Album, “Attack Attack! II.”
