Jonathan Carmin Appolon (born June 17, 1997), better known by his stage name Apollo Fresh, is an American rapper who was born in New York and raised in Broward County, Florida.

Apollo Fresh has played various musical instruments since he was a child and started freestyling when he was just 7 years old. He didn’t start to take rapping serious until he was 15 years old after his classmates encouraged him to start creating actual music.

Apollo started gaining serious attention in 2020 after he released his soon-to-be viral hit song, “JoJo Pose.” The track immediately started to go viral on TikTok and would eventually hit over 100,000,000 streams on Spotify alone, making it first song to hit the milestone.

On January 27, 2023, Apollo released his debut album, Life Is Anime.
