Apollo Delphi is a storyteller.

Drawing on personal experience, his music speaks of perseverance, positivity and the power to overcome. At age 7, he was run over by a school bus and told he would never walk again. Unwilling to accept this fate, he pushed himself to achieve the impossible: Not only did he walk again, but he also became a celebrated athlete.

As a teenager unable to see eye to eye with his family, Apollo was exiled from home. After untenable experiences as a ward of the state, he found himself homeless, sleeping in dumpsters to try and escape the cold of northern New England. After a number of years secretly striving to strike a balance between being homeless and being a student, he was able to find a way back to a stable life. Using his experiences as the foundation for his lyrics, he writes not only to exercise his demons but to give hope to others.

Apollo’s name is inspired by the Greek god of the same name who was the keeper of music, light and poetry. It is in this spirit that listeners are invited on a journey through the mind of a versatile and daring writer, able to navigate stories of love and celebration as easily as those about loss and struggle.
