Amanda Shires is a Grammy and Americana-award-winning singer-songwriter and virtuoso fiddle player. In addition to her solo work, Shires co-founded the country supergroup The Highwomen, which includes Brandi Carlile, Natalie Hemby, and Maren Morris. She was formerly a member of Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit.

A Texas native, she got her start playing fiddle with the Texas Playboys before becoming a sought-after collaborator, touring with John Prine, Todd Snider, and more.
