Alabaster DePlume is the performing name of Angus Fairbairn, a jazz musician, composer and poet based in London, UK.

DePlume has been recording music since 2011’s I Don’t Know but attained major recognition with To Cy and Lee in 2020, which DePlume credits to the lack of aggressive spoken word.

Much of DePlume’s work has a political and activist slant.
