Accusefive (告五人) is a Taiwanese indie rock trio from Yilan County, formed in 2017 by vocalist-guitarist Pan Yun-an, vocalist Tsai Hsin-lun (Chuan Ching), and drummer Richard Lin. Blending indie rock, folk rock, alternative pop, and Mandopop influences, the band has become one of the most successful acts in contemporary Chinese-language music.

The band’s name often confuses, as the group has only three members. Rather, the three characters of the Chinese name (“accuse” 告, “five” 五, and “people” 人) were chosen by each band member randomly pointing to a word on bulletin board.

After debuting with the EP Son of Mist (2017), Accusefive quickly gained attention by winning Best New Artist at the Golden Indie Music Awards.

Their breakthrough and real recognition came with the acclaimed albums Somewhere in Time, I Love You (2019) and Easy Come, Easy Go (2020), which earned nominations at Taiwan’s prestigious Golden Melody Awards.
