4cf
Zachary Gilliam (born January 27th, 2002), or professionally known as 4cf is a hyper-pop singer from New York, United States.
4cf’s musical journey began at the age of 16, spurred on by the infectious enthusiasm of his high school friends. In his interview with Aurision, he fondly recalls impromptu jam sessions in the school cafeteria, comparing it to scenes out of “High School Musical.” These early experiences with music ignited a passion that has only grown stronger over the years.
Growing up, 4cf was into a plethora of different artists, he gained inspiration from Coldplay, Rascal Flatts, La Roux, Frank Ocean, & Kanye West as his main sources of inspiration.
He grew up immersed in the sounds of 2000s R&B and rap, with a special nod to Radio Disney. In high school, 4cf delved into the world of 2000s pop-punk, another significant influence on his musical journey.
It wasn’t until 2020 when 4cf took music seriously where he began uploading his music to official streaming platforms. Two years after, he would make a name for himself, with release of tracks such as “Jade”, “insides”, & “toetag” with sudbath going viral online helping boost his name within the underground scene.
The same year, in 2022, 4cf would later join the collective, GORESET, where he would work closely with the fellow members of the collective, as well as continue to release a stream of steady music along the way too.
Then, in 2024, 4cf released his debut studio album, country, which have seven tracks, and two features from angelus, & Vaeo, two close collaborators who work often with 4cf.
Outside of music, 4cf shows love towards the popular Big Three Anime, “One Piece”, which is a passion of life for 4cf, and an anime where he gained a lot of inspiration from.
