James Lamont Pullum (born December 4), known as 22nd Jim, formerly as Offset Jim, is a rapper from Oakland, CA. He is signed to EMPIRE. Jim is known for his signature laid-back flows, street knowledge and slick bars.

Jim tried rapping as a teen but was focused on the streets at the time – but in 2017 he was recovering from being shot 9 times and tried his hand at rap again, featuring on close friend and collaborator ALLBLACK’s track “No Shame”.

He released his debut project, No Pressure, in 2019, gaining attention and slowly making a name for himself alongside ALLBLACK, both from the ‘Murder Dubs’ neighborhood of Oakland. They released a collab album, 22nd Ways, in 2019. Their song “Trip On It” featured various other Bay artists and racked up over 10 million views. Jim’s next release was with the 2021 album Rich Off The Pack, further refining his slick and laid-back style of rapping.

In 2023 Jim released Sleeve Music, featuring fellow Bay Area artists like Larry June, Rexx Life Rajj, and more. In 2026, Jim and other close friends and artists ALLBLACK, Lil Yee, Lil Bean and Zaybang formed the Bay Area supergroup 1 Umbrella, releasing a self titled album.
