116 is a hip-hop/rap collective formed by Reach Records in Atlanta, GA. The name is the foundation for the Unashamed movement, which comes from the Bible passage Romans 1:16 which states,

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Formerly called the 116 Clique, the group strictly featured the artists on Reach Record’s roster, starting with 2006’s The Compilation Album and ending with the 2013 single “Now They Know”. However, since 2018, 116 became an overarching banner for collaboration projects or other releases from Reach’s creative team. This can be seen in their 2018 single “Light Work”, their annual summer playlists, The Gift: A Christmas Compilation, and their Latin project Sin Vergüenza.
