The come-out roll in craps is the very first roll in a new round with the winning numbers being 11 and 7. Because the line starts with “if life’s a crap game” then come-out could be a double entendre with the second meaning being birth. So Luda is likely saying that he has been winning since birth.

“Pimpin'” is a slang term that T.I. often uses in his songs such as in the outro of T.I.’s song “Be Easy” which is also referenced. Ludacris tells T.I. to relax and stop getting upset over nothing because Ludacris is much richer than he is so there’s no need for Ludacris to feud with an artist that he’s much bigger than.
This also mocks T.I.’s line in the chorus of his song “Rubber Band Man”:
Worth a couple hundred grand, Chevys all colors, man
Abstinence is defined as “the fact or practice of restraining oneself from indulging in something” So Luda is saying that his deals never get screwed because his contacts don’t try to get more (money) than needed.
“50 strong” is cleverly referring to both the number of people in the G Unit crew and the fact that 50 Cent is the leader of that crew.
T.I. had mistakenly thought that he was being dissed in the music video of Ludacris’s fellow Disturbing Tha Peace label artist I-20’s song “Fightin In The Club” where a guy with a shirt that reads “Trap House” on it is getting beat down but T.I. thought the shirt said the name of his second album Trap Muzik which is why he dissed Ludacris in his previous verse. It was a misunderstanding on T.I.’s part so his beef with Ludacris isn’t real since T.I. has no real reason to have a problem. Ludacris also plays off of T.I.’s original name T.I.P. which he changed to T.I. when he signed with Arista Records subsidiary LaFace Records in 1999, out of respect for Arista Records labelmate Q-Tip and to not get their names confused.
Reference to Bone Crusher’s song “Never Scared” which features T.I. who’s also featured in the original version of this song.
Also Lloyd Banks had referenced Bone Crusher’s song the previous year in G Unit’s song “Salute U”:

Ludacris says T.I. thinks he’s oblivious and wouldn’t have noticed the diss and Ludacris boast that he has so much more money than T.I. that one of Ludacris’s household items cost the same as T.I.’s whole house.

Nappy rooted is referring to nappy rooted hair which is a term for tightly coiled or afro textured hair. Process referring to hair is talking about the process of managing and maintaining the nappy hair. So Ludacris is saying that his rhymes are very tight and dense (with meanings). This meaning makes “process” a triple entendre meaning 1 hair process 2 the process of writing his verse and 3 the meanings having to process in someone’s head for them to understand his verse.
