[Verse 1]

Uh

Back up in the booth with that Luv Letter 2 coming straight to you

Been about a year but still we never changed pursuit

Of heavy truth, now check the way that I sustain this fruit, yeah

Never forget from where I came from prior, ain't no trenches but it’s low if you can aim for higher

My soul on fire, hit the road like Goodyear tires

Got a good year coming and a flow so fire

Strap your seat up, way I'm coming feel like John Cena

You can't see me ‘til I’m ready to debut that new ‘Shima

Bomb music, this the typa show your mom music

Get the church crowd clapping while they praising God music

I'm a product of the Most High, been on both sides

Usеd to be a slave to night but now I am enslavеd to Christ

No emancipation needed, me and Jesus steady linkin'

Now I'm back up in the booth, I hit the play and get to tweaking, uh

[Verse 2]

Long summer nights with a touch of curiosity

The devil renting space up in my mind like it was property

Refuse to get along, for him I foster animosity

Tried my touch my family, now I gotta get back properly

Moved out the house, my little brother under siege

Faith shaken and the darkness overwhelming in his dreams

Many weeks and even months where he was up, he couldn't sleep

He told me, "When I drift, I hear the demons talk to me."

Feeling stuck, was difficult to spill the truth to Mom and Dad

School was out, so family the only option that he had

I was out in Tally still, having doubts if this was real

Pray to God He watch my brother ‘fore the devil sign a deal

Mom was losing sleep and Dad was skipping out on work

I ain't have to be at home to know the family was hurt

Rare visits in the summertime

Didn't even recognize the brother that I thought I knew, really broke my heart inside

He would only talk to me, sharing things in secrecy

Spilling things I kinda wanna wish I never heard

On a call one afternoon, I knew he wasn't yoked with Christ

When he told me that the devil telling him to take his life

I knew right then and there I had to do something

Led him straight to Christ right after that before the devil made him do something

Glory be to God, don’t attribute this win to me

He was under a facade, but now my brother is set free

It’s over now, but we ain't ever gon’ forget

How God was faithful in the storm and He was with us in the thick

For these moments we was born, to plant a seed and watch it grow

So don't ever question me, I know my King is on the throne

And so we back at it, gotta give Him glory through my rap habits

Counting up my blessings like it's mathematics

Always keep Him first, that's why these verses are the first thing that I do

When I return to penning rhymes and then deliver them to you

[Verse 3]

365 days have gone by and yet we still in this

Thought the limit was the sky but God done shown me limitless

Learned a lot of new and got a whole new attitude

Got a whole lot more to love, that’s why this Luv Letter 2

Made mistakes since the first track, lotta setbacks but by the mercy of the King the Yaki boy done bounced back

Took a lot of L's, but now we catching W's

The W stands for wisdom, that I can't afford to lose

So I dedicate this record to bestowing this on you

Trust in God in every situation, He gon' see you through

If the old me a year ago could only see me now

Keep your feet on solid ground, I know fasho that we'd be proud

Mom and Dad I hope you proud of me, God done set me straight

As a man, I can't be perfect but I can be full of faith

Back then I ain't confess, I got my pleasure pointing fingers

Now I point to God cuz He developing a leader

I done closed the first letter with a thank you to my family

Prayed for their progression, now I see it's a reality

Back in retrospection, all these things don't happen randomly

Jesus had some lessons, now I see them understandably

Keep my hands raised to the sky when I'm writing these rhymes, by grace I'm in the place of the Vine

My sound reaching to the ears of the blind and opening hearts

Open up your mind to the light in a world full of dark

Uh
