First things first man fuck mick jagged, second things second I’m reborn with a passion, I walked and I crawled through the flames of damnation, my bones feel brittle but I made it

And I think every time I need a reality check, my ego gets bigger that’s why my feelings direct, I could care about a woman, I could care about my friends, but the only thing I’m taking to the grave is my sins

So thank God-for the skin that helps covers my faults

And the vocal chords I use to help project all my wrongs

And the strength I had to get to the top, I’m a lazy motherfucker but a loser I’m not, I kiss the land wherе I bled out-have to get a yеll out

Do I mean all that I say or do I say it all to sell out, As the fetal position takes over my body a tear hits the burning ground of the hell that surrounds me, I went from miles to inches, inches to teenths, I made it to the stairway by the skin of my teeth

Temptation still followed but I’ve been pushing for weeks

If the devil has a hand on my shoulder I’m in too deep

I can’t look back my blood runs like a river

Muscle by muscle I’m crawling forward and quivering

The light isn’t shining and I’m falling back down

I’m jacking all my strength and I’m pawning my crown

Get rid of all the pride from the previous clown, i was seepin in the quicksand of all I endow

Stuck my hand through the dirt and then pushed myself out

Stood up for a second and started floating around

I’m here barely breathing blood soaked and melting

My throat is still dry even water ain’t helping

My soul transcends from the ground to the welkins

Saw a bright light and thought i was welcomed

Don’t know where to go I need to recalibrate

Slowly falling back towards my old sinful ways

They said Godspeed whilst I fell from the heavens, the hand of God slipped from my fingers and I felt it

They watched me fall down to earthly idols and brethren, they said I wasn’t ready for my death I’m demented

I Peregrinated from the lands to the oceans, drowning in the storm that could turn skin corroded, out of nowhere I was lifted like my soul had been chosen

There was calm in the storm and I woke up in motion

A bright white light in my eyes I was blind, God had to have saved me cause I shouldn’t survived, oh my God I survived oh my God I’m alive, oh my God I am living, oh my God can I die

He spoke to me directly said the minute hands spinning

These times I waste searching are the memories I’m missing

Go back to your roots return to the start, go talk to your family good wills in their hearts

I’ll send you back down- your time isn’t up yet, digest all I’ve given to you-make some adjustments, you’re blessed with the hand you have and your upset, I know a few people who’d die for your subset

Make your return, go run home and then learn, the questions from the people around aren’t your concern, kiss the land that has made you and below where they burn, we both have expectations don’t try and subvert

Then all of a sudden my soul left my body, I fell from the heavens the surroundings were Godly, a yell filled the air GODSPEED! How I try, I snapped from my delusion Oh my God I’m alive-oh my God

Oh my God

Understand that I made the same mistake and it took me some years to go Peregrinate
