We were woken up by the shrill sound

Of the stones they threw on the windows

They finally found us; I don't know how

They were here, all silent like shadows in the dark

Staring at us with a piercing vacant look They were all so different

All so different and yet the same

They stare at the void

I feel like we're trapped again

They see us clearly, we can't hide

Make a decision now!

They move slowly to our house; I see some of them lighting torches

Our haven of peace is weakening more and more

Even though they now choke each issue by surrounding the house

They stare at the void
