Webbie references the movie Monster’s Ball, specifically the intimate scene between Halle Berry & Billy Bob Thornton that became one of the film’s most talked about moments.
Eazy-E was a West Coast rapper whose untimely death was publicized heavily because he died of AIDS in 1995. During this time many people still did not know much about the disease. Webbie says he stays strapped (wears condoms) so that he won’t get an STD.
“Hydro” refers to hydroponically grown marijuana, which was often considered higher quality. Webbie jokes about getting Alicia Keys high enough that her eyes become droopy before taking her back to a hotel suite.

Whether intended as a nod or simply using common Southern rap slang, the line reflects the shared Louisiana and Texas rap culture that shaped Webbie’s music.
