Tevin speaks on why he needs to get his act together, and that if love and peace is what makes the world a better place then he needs to get his priorites straight and act upon his issues to resolve them.

Here Tevin continues to makes his claim to state what he feels he deserves, “needing” to be treated like a King, and fed like one as well.

Here Tevin confesses his flaws and brings himself back to reality, stating his money is low, and though he’s known to be a really nice guy, he states that he can also have a hot temper, and though he seems very patient, he can be very also be impatient. He excuses himself by saying that he’s felt pain so he believe it’s okay “for now” to be that way, and saying that he knows he not being himself, and he wants it back to be a better person.

Tevin is a very open and honest person, but for him to trust you or to get his approval, you not only have to keep it 100, but 200 if you wanna “pass go”. Here Tevin uses word play on the game monopoly.

Here Tevin goes on to say that he can’t focus because he doesn’t have his stuff together and that he isn’t doing the things he needs to be doing that are important.

Here Tevin asks where are the the things in his life that made and helped him thrive on being a better person. “In High School, I used to be the man, when I was single and now that I’m the man again I don’t feel like I used to anymore”. Tevin says this to make state that women used to text him, and now they don’t text him or respond. His family used to be close and everything was all good back then, now it isn’t. He also used to thrive off of his naysayers and get a little kick out of it, and he was even demands those people back. Very interesting as he shows this is a desperate way for him to be successful.

Here he reflects back to the chorus and is using what he “needs back” to thrive, one of those being is his haters. His rhymes deserves money, writing songs are easier, and rap is easy now. He had no worries before this, and wants it back.

Tevin is not known to be a confrontational person, but he says that certain people that used to be his friends and whom he’s graduated High School with has disrespect him in numerous ways. He says “it’s time to cut the crap and speak up about it, and let them know how I feel about them disrespecting me as a Father, when they know I practically fathered them also, I’ve been a man from the get go”

Tevin expresses himself in a “same old sh** just a different day” way of getting back to his old self before he had to worry about anything or anyone. Steady trying to find himself.

Tevin says that people know what they’re saying, and knows how to push his buttons, and though him and certain people aren’t friends anymore, he knew he kept it G, and was a man about everything, and that the opposition is highly aware of that. No doubt about it.

Here, Tevin goes onto to his interesting word play and draws up a scenario of him confronting his naysayers and fake friends by using basketball terminology. Saying usually people try to flip it back on you like you’re the one who’s over reacting, like you don’t have legitimate reasoning for being upset. Says “He’s taken offense” to your words so “come on hater, D up” saying he wants you to “fight” him, or “defend” yourself. Goes on to bring more word play in the picture, drawing himself as the star studded LeBron James and says he can take you all by himself, but if he can’t, “Ray Allen stand in the corner, things about to "heat” up" saying that Ray Allen is one of his friends that may be there with him when he needs him.

Adrean Weaver known who’s stage name is “KHB” is one of Tevin’s close friends. He records at his house with studio equipment when he’s back home and has the time to do so.

In Tevin’s pound cake remix he references that “his age on 21, but his mind is on 45” expressing that he’s been through more than the average young man his age, bearing confidence in his knowledge and experiences in his life. Here he goes on the limb to say that he has become an occasional drinker when he’s alone, and thinks about old things, and what could he have done better to change it. He looks back and realizes he could’ve made a better decison, girlfriend wise. Though Tevin will never share these things with people in public or show his pain in public. He wants those around him to enjoy their time around him.

Tevin uses word play on one of his favorite soccer stars in Mario Balotelli. Saying he’s not realizing that he never calls his family, but he can call some chick to hang out with.

Tevin drinks his champagne and reflects back on his life and what is currently going on, he feels he deserves two bad women who can rub his back, who don’t complain at alL. Tevin has always said that he will never date a woman that any of his friends has dated, for the sake of trust, and him wanting to bring her around his friends. Though he may seem to exaggerate, this is what he feels he deserves.

He doesn’t feel right that he hasn’t talk to his family in a long time. Everyone is connected like they used to be, and that he’s selfish and he always says people need to check on him if they care so much. Tevin realizes his childish ways and desires to fix them, and is understanding that things aren’t always about him
