[Interlude]

I'm so grateful that many of you have gone on this wonderful journey with me

And I just wanna let you know that I appreciate all of you

But there would no me

If my mom hadn't made the sacrifice

And it was, she eleven years old when she had me

Special needs, one leg amputated at birth

And she was molested, raped by my dad who was twenty-six

And he was from the same family

And I have a book about it called Problem Child

You can pick it up on Amazon

But I became the voice that my mom never had

My mom was also special needs

And ironically

I stand before you, the man that's able to speak to millions of people (Speakin' to millions)

From a broken vessel that no one wanted to hear from

God was ordering my steps before I was born

So there is no other explanation for Terrell Carter

I went from being the Problem Child

And now I stand before you as Mr. Carter

And I thank God because it was a walk of faith

Stepping down into darkness

Knowing that every step that I made in my life

A stair would be there even though I couldn't see it

Uh, there is no explanation as I say it

And the favor that God has given me is unmatched

And I thank Him (Thank You, yeah)

Thank You so much

For thinking about me (Thank You for thinking about me)

Yeah, I deserve to be called Mr. Carter (Yes, I do)

And now you see (Yeah)

Mr. Carter

That's what they call me

And I'm walkin' it in
