Another day, gotta find something cute to say

Post a pic, make sure every single hair’s in place

I’m on a plane, but do I ever really get away?

It seems like privacy’s a currency I can’t exchange

How many likes? How many clicks? What’s the crowd’s reaction?

Ain’t no way that I could maintain all this interaction

But if I stop, will I lose visibility?

It’s crazy hard trying to do this without a machine

And all these spaces ain’t really regulated

Sometimes y’all be comin’ at me like we are related

I don’t know you, you don’t know me

And please rеmember—saying nothing is completеly free

Now stop, pause, breathe with intent

Keep this moment to myself, it’s not for content

Keep this moment to myself, it’s not for content

Keep this moment to myself, it’s not for content

Is it too much? Should I say more?

Can I save a little bit for me?

Was I too bold? Can I say no?

I should save a little bit for me

Is it too much? Should I say more?

Can I save a little bit for me?

Was I too bold? Can I say no?

I might save a little bit for me

Now let me say, I’m a child of technology

I love my gadgets and my gizmos and my handsfree

And I’m grateful I can stay in touch with family

Because I’m far away and miss the people close to me

I’m pretty sure that you do too

We all like to see what our folk is up to

But there’s a fine line, it’s as thin as a hair

Between what remains private and what gets shared

And I’m probably guilty of doing the most

The pressure to stay relevant, the pressure to post

But if I stop, will I lose visibility?

It’s crazy hard trying to do this without a machine

Now stop, pause, breathe with intent

Keep this moment to yourself, it’s not for content
