I am so cool

I just smoked BLEEP! (BLEEP! *laughter*) in a Greyhound coach

(I ride Greyhound buses for you)

And I'm so fucked up to begin with that nobody noticed

I blew the smoke into the smelly wastebasket

I wrote messages about my high on the walls

In Hi and Dri spice deodorant

I opened shitloads of Wetnaps and waved them in the air

(I ride Greyhound buses for you)

I stuffed them, I stuffed them where the air shoots out

The air was shooting out

I coated the place where the air was shooting out with more spice deodorant, and wiped my face and lips with Wetnaps

I wiped Wetnaps and deodorant in the doorway about nose, or average nose, or average adult nose level

I held the smoke in for so long it was almost gone by the time I released it

The lighter sounded loud

So I’d sniff or let the wastebasket door slam to eclipse the sound

Every time the jone of the bus stopped, my stomach lept, but each time we kept rolling

‘Cause if you were thought to be reported

To have been smoking in the john of a Greyhound coach, you are breaking the law, a federal law

And the driver could have you busted at the next stop, no escape

Some drivers have taken more pleasure in making an example out of you and stopping the bus

And kicking you off in the middle of Highway 80, hence putting the bus behind schedule and pissing the bus off

Not to mention, the drama of Dan deciding whether or not to get off with me (*laughter*)

He would, I’m sure of it

We have our bad times, but in a way we need each other

I am experiencing withdrawal (*incomprehensible* withdrawal)

I have not started things I couldn’t finish with others

I’ve kept to myself

And I’m not coming down

I think I’ve finally started to really like myself (*laughter*)

And I’ve only lived a couple of my dad’s lives

A couple of my dad’s lives
