I'm recording this message

To see if there's anyone out there

I've lost track of my days at this point

And I think I'm starting to crack

I started to hear things, like noises and voices

And also started to see shadows and

I-I don't really know it's real anymore

I can't eat or sleep anymore

I missed the friends and family that I have before all this

And I'll miss the way that my life used to be

If there's anyone out there, I need help

I think I'm finally starting to realize that I'm alone in this world
