[Intro: S.O.]

This is more than song

This is more than song

This is more than song

I am weak, He is strong

I am me, He is God

I'm living with the end in view

I'm living with the end in view

I'm living with the end in view

So it begins but its ending soon

[Verse 1: S.O.]

Uh, the end is pending for this ready tenant

Faith shining like a pendant coz his Spirit present

I would say need amending then I heard a message

Who would have thought that all my mess would be a hidden blessing, you get it?

I keep sharing all my affliction for anyone who would listen I'm praying people don't miss it like

God's comfort brought covering clothes, now I'm covered and smothered in covenant prose

Never stumbled I was chose couldn't rumble with blows against God

He's God, how's one to oppose?

So I tell em all, trust is they center thought

When faith takes more hits than the center court

Who you gon' trust in?

Man's custom to hope in other things but God no fronting

His got shelter for pending doom

So run into the tower coz its ending soon I'm like

[Chorus: Lecrae, Tedashii, other voices]

Living with the end in mind

The drama is almost over

The Lord is at hand

So I keep the end in mind

Living with the end in mind

You wanna talk about the end? Let's talk about the end?

[Verse 2: S.O.]

In the beginning I said that it would end, huh, man I meant what I said

Wouldn't amend it, see the end round the bend

Chloe prolly tell me, "No, don't end it my friend"

Jack would say the same thing, pick the pen and attend to the fans and the listeners

My mission is serving you heart servitude in the midst of it

Light stay flickering nothing with dwindle it

Fire rekindling pray it keeps hitting 'em

These words that I speak tweets mentioning

Pray Lord that You keep these till the end, no longer if but when I leave

Hang it up or call it quits cause dare I be something more than a rapper with clear ID

Onboard for the Master so c'est la vie

That I'm moving where He tell me move and so I do what He tell me do now let's cruise cmon

[Chorus 2: Lecrae, Tedashii, other voices]

Living with the end in mind

We don't know that the drama is almost over

The Lord is at hand

So I keep the end in mind

Living with the end in mind

So the Lord is at hand, we should talk that way

[Verse 3: S.O.]

Is this the end of a saga?

The end of the dream?

Lord I'm ready throw confetti as the pendulum swings

I'm suspecting some things

Life's setting the scene

So I meet it with the plan know the blessed and redeemed

Had a second to see what was stressed to achieve was a vapor that was here for a sec then would leave

Who knew, the vision of the cream and the roofless is now seen as obscene and useless

Truth is music is a season I use it part of my blueprint of teaching my students

So there is much more for me as it continues the end is what I wanna see

Read this chapter with a marker

Happily ever after

Crafting for the Captain as this earth is getting darker

We stand firm living by His standards praying that man turns leaving what man's learnt yeah

[Chorus 3: S.O, Lecrae, other voices]

I'm living with the end in view

So I keep the end in mind

I'm living with the end in view

History is being guided

I'm living with the end in view

The drama is almost over

So it begins but its ending soon

[Outro: Timothy Brindle]

Ah, my beloved brother S.O

I'm so encouraged by you man, and your passion and genuine zeal for the Lord Jesus Christ

It seems kinda backwards but, many times Christians think that maturing in Christ means being stronger and less weak

But it's been so dope to see you mature my brother, the biblical way

Acknowledging your brokenness and weaknesses, modelling for listeners how to embrace the reality of being needy before God

But you don't stop there

I love how you look up at Christ and the abundant provision of grace that there is in Him, so that He shows himself as gloriously beautiful and trustworthy

So my charge to you is this: Continue, S.O., regardless of what people say, to be an urban psalmist who transparently shows through your life and music what it looks like to cling to Jesus in a broken world

And In doing this, you will show the world that Jesus Christ

Is faithful, to the end
