Your candle won't light

From my burning flame

You can lie but its all tastes the same

I can see your

Outer shell change

So why am i still tied in past matter chainS

Took me too long to realize

We are the same you looked at me

Too long and realized we are the same

But how can i accept this route altering fate

That this opiate dream has come to an end

I should’ve outlined before i paint

And i dont want you to ever repent

But im still dreaming of your strong hand

Invisible ink to some extent

Painting the picture u dont wanna hang

But when i wake up its all dried

I will let tears fill my eversoaked eyes

Maybe let them fall on the canvas

Watercolor that flushed us

And im still painting when i know it won't last

This non existent picture of us

Out on the meadow
