The story begins with oral insertion

Teeth grind metal with total exertion

Splintered enamel mixes with steel

Shredded gums and tongue is all that you feel

And you swallow it down hard

Blood and steel slowly moves downward

Flesh is stripped from your oesophagus

Neck muscles strain as you swallow shattered teeth and rust

And the pain has only just begun

You try to smile but you're not having fun

Fragments of metal slide far down your throat

They pass into your stomach which will soon now bloat

Now entering the core of digestion

Still more agony before egestion

The stomach lining accumulates tears

Shrapnel and acid is such a wretched pair

And the pain inside is impossible

You flail and shake as your hands pull

The metal turns and twists deep within you

Nothing more excruciating till its time to poo

And the metal shreds on through your entrails

Your frenzied mind knows what this will entail

But the misery will not end just quite yet

We are still steps away from when it will egest

Your colon spasms as it is perforated

Pulsing viscera punctured and deflated

Spitting up blood and teeth in agony

As the shattered steel ruins your anatomy

The serrated steel now enters your rectum

Your bleeding from your ass up to your gums

The sphincter starts to prolapse with metal

Rusty iron in your arse settles

Now exiting the path of digestion

Agony wracks your body till your breathing's done

Screams dull to whimpers as your body dies

With a load of rusted metal traced deep inside

And your ugly carcass lies in the sun

With a tract of metal from mouth to bum

Shit encrusted steel juts out of your ass

This mass of iron was the last thing you passed
