“Game, boy” references to the Game Boy, Nintendo’s massively successful handheld console line while “Barely even virtual” references the Virtual Boy, Nintendo’s infamous failed VR-style console from the 1990s.

“Red and green” refers to Mario and Luigi, whose signature outfit colors are red and green.
Should be noted that Mario and Luigi also punt red and green as well but more so speaking about the Koopa Troopas here as they also sport green and red shells.
This line references Rotten Tomatoes, the popular review website known for scoring movies and shows based on critic reception.
The line compares bruises (“red and blue”) to the signature red and blue Joy-Con colors of the Nintendo Switch.
“1 and 2” is also a reference to 1-2-Switch, one of the Nintendo Switch launch titles built around two-player motion-control minigames.
On the surface, it references the original Donkey Kong games, where barrels are constantly thrown around as obstacles. But “Donkey Kong” is also being used suggestively as a euphemism for male anatomy, making the line sound like Bowser is accusing Peach of getting involved sexually.
The “barrels too” part continues the innuendo, since barrels are round, this can only mean his testicles.
Bowser flips the previous line by claiming he himself is the true star, both literally and figuratively and references Bowser’s natural fire-breathing abilities.
