The song is a double entendre for “taking someone down a peg”, to lower their ego, and “pegging”, the act of penetrating someone (typically a woman penetrating a man) with a strap-on dildo
In continuation of demanding her “macho” man beg, this line seems to show she was successful and this is clear teasing on her end. She’s gloating that she won.
