Sometimes

My life seems like a hallway it seems all the same

I could use a little bit sunshine upon this frosted rain

But I'm okay

I'll use one of my quotes (?) to spark emotion

Sometimes that's not enough no matter how many times I wrote it

People around here see me, that isn't me

No matter how many times I say "No I'm Sape" they're not listening

I need to move, my life lost its juice

Thoughts will improve once I find a new avenue

I'm not stuck I just feel like I am sometimes

That's why my pen dribbles upon the canvas like an in-compassionate misfit

Following my own shoelaces

Marking under the moon faces

Looking for a new places

It's time

(It's time to go)

I think I'll go

I'll pack my bags tomorrow

CHORUS

But what am I waiting for I'm already halfway out the door

I'm tied down by invisible strings

You say foot in front of foot just follow the floor

But it's not quite so simple to me

I'll pack my bags tomorrow cause today's not the day

But if I wait then motivation will decay

Just look at the stages you will break

Say "Aw crud, I'm talking to myself again", I'm not dumb

I think that I'll go back in my head ya there's work to be done

'Cause the circuitry's cut

You don't understand these are more than just words to me, son

All I have is a pen to clutch and when my ashes turn to dust

I hope they still feel the passion in my blood

But where do I go when the pen is all that I follow

When the walls close in in this building that I call home

A nomad in a cage but it's not too late

To sleepwalk under the moon's faces

Looking for a new place

It's time

It's time to go

I think I'll go

CHORUS x2
