[Verse 1: IV Conerly]

We all got it in us

Some claim sinless

I just take that as just them admitting it

1 John 1:10, tell me who you kidding

Stop eisegeting the text, tell me what's written

In context it's not complex, I confess

My sin, yes I'm vexed, but there’s progress

No secrets to digest

I regurgitate deceit, lasciviousness

Come on people, don't pretend like you don’t see this

Started from two adults, spread it to every fetus

Except Jesus came, healed diseases

Cast out demons, by His blood redeemed us

I used to love the world like Demas

Man, look what I did, Lord lead us

Cause look at what we love to please us

You died for the ex-this-and-that blasphemers

[Interlude: Paul Washer]

If you are properly going to expound the Word, you must make much of sin. You must expose sin. You must define sin. You must explain it specifically so that the Word of God cuts into the heart of men

[Verse 2: Result]

All praise to Him

Even if this world is a stage for SIN

Adams de-SIN-dents are SIN-tertainers cast in SIN-emas

Infants, adole-SIN-ts, adults, peasants, and SIN-ators

No SIN-sorship, meant to SIN-toxicate

Think about it—SIN’s there when you con-SIN-trate

At the cross SIN was SIN-tralized

'Cause at the fall men and SIN was SIN-chronized

Take a SIN-sus, what would the per-SIN-tage be

Of SIN-ners in the 21st SIN-tury?

A conde-SIN-ding storm

Attempts to in-SIN-uate inno-SIN-ce you’re mi-SIN-formed

SIN's in-SIN-tive's not SIN-sitive

Romans 6:23’s what the SIN-tence is

Li-SIN, this is e-SIN-tial

We even SIN when we’re SIN-cere or SIN-timental

Puts us at the SIN-ter if nobody’s getting better then

The SIN-t of death must be on your medi-SIN

[Interlude: Paul Washer]

So far today, I've heard one preacher who says, "We do not speak about sin in our church." Then I can tell him the Holy Spirit of God does not work in his church, nor in his ministry. Why? Because one of the principal ministries of the Holy Spirit is to convict the world of sin. So if you do not talk much about sin, count on it: the Holy Spirit is not much in your ministry

[Verse 3: Shai Linne]

See, our society is Sodom--sin saturated

Stagnated, sans spiritual strength--sapped, sedated

Satan snaring us, systematically stabbing us

Sin-sick, self-centered, sadistic savages

Sin's tsunami subdues some silently

Some sacrilegious, some sin solemnly

Sleazy, salacious, selling sexuality

Searching for security, salivating for salaries

Psychos and scandals, sinister swindlers

Sizable samples, sin is so similar

We're supposed to be soberly Messiah seeking

Scheming, we savor sin like sightseeing

Sinful souls shall suffer scorching showers

From the Sacred stainless Supernatural Scowler

Singular solution, I state with simplicity

Seek salvation, the Savior's sufficiency

[Outro: Paul Washer]

Because one of the principal ministries of the Holy Spirit is to convict the world of sin. So if you do not talk much about sin, count on it: the Holy Spirit is not much in your ministry... You must expose sin... Why? Because... the Holy Spirit is to convict the world of sin
