I know, I know your beliefs make you better than me

You make us feel out of place, the way you look when we act strange

Our punkish looks make you think less of us, you glare at us with looks of disgust

This is the time to redefine your idea of being kind

Resistance, intolerance, your arrogance it's all so intense

When I'm allowed outside, I see protestors on every side

I watch the news spread the divide, now why have so many died?

Violence, riots, shootings and war, there's nowhere to hide

Oh no, my head is spinning

Using your beliefs as moral manipulation

Forcing us to endure total discrimination

If you opened up your mind there wouldn't be as much devastation

Maybe we could even see the reuniting of a nation

But you battle over our bodies, with your beliefs as ammunition

Dictating what we can or can't put in or take out of our population

Why can't we come together to stop the separation?

Why can't we make things better for future generations?
