All these thoughts I’ve had built up inside my anxious, anxious brain, have exploded now they’re jolting the anxiety ridden brain. Rocking, racking back and forth and I don’t know what I can do. I just got the diagnosis it’s something called brain flu. Aka mental illness, if you have it you know what I mean. We use funny memes, to help hide the seams behind the scenes so you don’t scream.
