Sinister means “dark and foreboding”, a fitting name for the devil.

“The” could also be heard as “your”, making the line “your time is over”.

These two lines are Mister Sinister speaking to the woman, telling her she has been caught and won’t be able to escape (again)

This line is a little ambiguous: two different sentences could be heard, which differ a lot in meaning. One is “We’re coming over”, meaning Mister Sinister and his demons are coming (over) to take the woman’s soul.
The other is “it can’t be over”, in which the woman who sold her soul is the narrator. She’s in denial about the fact her life will be over soon, even though she can’t run from the Devil, or as he calls himself: Mister Sinister
