There's a difference between love and obsession

Obsession is a wild stupid regretful ride

The two seater that you speed in when you get inside

The feeling of being the only thing you get tonight or any night

The feeling of not having confidence despite

The feeling of feeling like you are right

When the whole world is telling you you're putting up a fight

The feeling of not chilling feelings of a villain

Hiding your beginnings just to make her think you different

Obsession is a feeling that you couldn't be forgiven

And when you talk that she don't give a fuck and she don't listen

Obsession is you paying bucks so she would pay attention

Or jerking off to thoughts of women praising your progression

Love is like a dream because the real thing is obsession

And although that it's awesome it's gonna make you dependent

Obsession isn't something that gives you a real incentive

Humans are enslaved to something that they invented

Love is a fountain of I don't care if you don't text me back

Or you think my hair is wack I still love you

Love is like a person who would tell you their heart's working

But it's not working for them cause they still love you

Love is like I'm so uncomfortable

Cause I don't know if I really fuck with you yeah but I still love you

Love isn't about loving you

Cause if you unlovable there's still things that love can do

Love is like the ups and downs and the rights and lefts

And the threats of fights to death

Love is something that you can't make yourself believe in unless you believe it

Love is a real feeling of hope not a joke and hopefully you feel it with somebody

Laying next to you

Resting you

Calming down the rest of you

Breaking thoughts down bringing out the best in you

When nobody else invest in you

I stop to think about love and like blood

It's not ketchup

And sometimes love don't match up

The new year got me thinking catching up

I been using too many vices and I'm in a rut

And hate making all of the people that I love put up with me

Stuck with me

I want them loving me

Love is a disease and if infected it will hurt

Hide all your emotions just enough to make it work

Be careful wear your mask cut down on what a kiss is worth

Keep distance and make sure that you don't let it kiss you first
