I can’t sleep, the days have bled me numb

To a point, where I’ve gone completely dry

I can't sleep, because routine calls

It knows where I rest, I lost track of time again

Days slipped by, but still I seek a time

When the river didn’t stand still

Head first, in I go, I’ve made a choice

Still I try to follow you back home

Drain me whole, push me down

I’ll climb up again

Hold me down, till' I’ve lost my breath

Left without a drop of air

I’ll never stop, this ignorance

What most call a gift

Now hold me down, till' I’ve lost my breath

Cause I don’t want to emerge

I can’t sleep, the days have bled me numb

To a point, where I’ve gone completely dry

I can’t sleep, lost to myself again

I can’t sleep, guess I’ll try again

I know, what you’ve done to me

I know, still feel your presence here

I know, who I made myself to be

I know, I’m not letting go

I know, what you’ve done to me

I know, still feel your presence here

I know, who I made myself to be

I know, I’m not letting go

I know, what you’ve done to me

I know, still feel your presence here
